Well, at 11:21 this morning, my BABY turned four years old! Braden greeted the day by singing 'It's my birthday, it's my birthday!' over and over again. And while it is so much fun to see the world all over with each child, it is so sad to me that they lose a tiny bit of their innocence with each passing day.
That being said, we had a fabulous day! We started the day at Build a Bear Workshop and Braden made a dinosaur that roars......after that we rode the little train in the center court of the mall and finished off the afternoon with lunch at a mexican restaurant. They even put a sombrero on Braden's head and sang to him and brought him a treat! He was so excited about his birthday. Saturday will be his birthday party with all his friends and we can't wait!
Also, today was Gage and Karigan's last day of school for the year. My first born is now heading into 7th grade next year and my baby girl will be in 5th!! How have they gotten so grown?? I have the distinct feeling that before I realize it, I will be preparing for their weddings and THEIR babies!! Wow.....we have such a limited time on this earth....and I look forward to each and every day and enjoy it as well as humanly possible!!!
